No, Doc's never pissed at medical emergencies, unless it's the other Doc, then run. Whatever just happened to you? No one could be annoyed about going to surgery. That's where you should be.

[Door's wiry and strong, so length of time doesn't leave her even slightly winded.

Once Nica's settled, Door steps to the opening she made, and closes it. The scrape of the wall against the floor is fairly loud. Clapping her hands twice, like she's wiping dust off them, she reaches out and opens the wall again. This time, it's to the medical suite. ]

Today we'll be taking the express route to the surgery. Should you wish to take the more scenic tour, your conductor apologizes for the disappointment.

[As long as Nica's ready, she'll be pushed through to medical. Harry Potter's 9 3/4 has nothing on Door.]

Other Doc? You mean Jemma?

[She hasn't fully met everyone yet so that's the only other Doc she could think of.

She grinned weakly, Door was a wonderful friend and knew she was trying to keep her mind on other things.]

Next time then. I'll be having to make up some more adrenaline to make sure I'm good for that trip though.

She means me. Other Doc is Harry, because he gets himself into trouble far too often.

[It's Jemma, and while she is the only one to call Lyoshka "Harry," everything else about her right now says professionalism. Except for the obvious pajamas.

She'd heard the call for help, but once she heard Door's answer, Jemma went to the medical suite.]

Do you want Door to stay?

She was surprised at the sudden Jemma, but at least her heart was working a little better.]

No, no, no, don't apologize. Unless you had your attack on purpose, but then you've got a whole other set of issues.

[It's a lame joke, but a lame doctor trying to put her patient at ease joke, while she grabs the necessary equipment. Amongst all the technology, one stethoscope. Even though Nica's been there a short time, if her heart is failing, the issue of mods needs to come up.

Door does nod, and makes a crack about having nothing more pressing. After helping Nica onto the examination table, will stay mostly quiet. She does pull a chair up, if Nica needs a hand to hold. ]

I've been talking with Harry about potential mods for you. Some we think might mean no more of these incidents.

I'm honestly surprised it didn't happen sooner with everything that's happened.

[It may have been a joke on Jemmas end, but it was true either way. All the stress had just built up until her body had given out.

Lying back on the table once Door helps her, she does reach down to wrap her fingers with the other womans.]

What are they? I mean, would there be any side effects?

[Jemma's sure Nica's right. With everything that has happened, Jemma's outright impressed nothing's gone wrong so far.

As for Door, she pats Nica's hand and grins like she knew Nica was somehow strong already and Jemma's only confirmed the suspicion.]

Ideally, it would involve both a technological and biological alteration. Have you ever heard of nanomites?
