A Hopper No-Trip [Action]
Jemma's prepared for venturing out to the Hopper for a while. She has long since given up on remembering what day of the week / month it is, and really hasn't since shortly after Iggy was born. That is Harry's job but she does know the time of day. Right now, it's what should be mid-afternoon. The outside may not get much in the way of genuine sunlight, but there is a slight difference. It's also the safest time of day to make a run for it.
Unlike everyone else, Jemma doesn't have a single mod for the outside. The black quasi-mask on her face and cybernetic arm were necessities. The mods were always available to her, but as she never left the bunker, she never bothered. If only her kids would feel the same way, Jemma would get more sleep at night.
On the other hand, Jemma has been sleeping better since she moved back in with Harry. It's a pattern, separation, reunion, then the guilt of what's gone on creeps up again, causing (usually her) to leave for a while. It's a terribly unhealthy pattern, but it echoes the rest of this world.
Since the Hopper's repair, Jemma's studied maps, various routes, and made, discarded, and then remade lists of what she would need to make it there in mostly one piece. She knows the time, date, and even second of the incident. She even knows that brief few minute gap Harry was alone before it happened. That's when she plans to approach.
But she has to get to the Hopper first.
LATER~
Jemma's puttered, wandered about, reorganized one small cabinet in her lab, and likely called Harry about six times. Like dates, and sometimes asking for someone who is not there, Jemma's having difficulty processing that she's an idiot.
