[Night 1 - for Rocky]
[ At eleven fifty three PM, Malina McGee had gotten out of bed and gone to find her mother in her room. Charlie'd been curled up with Rocky, not so much sleeping but feeling quite relaxed in the arms of someone she cared deeply about. Her dragon hearing told her small feet were headed her way, so she was quick to yank on a shirt and pajama pants before her youngest kid peeked in, informing her she was hungry. Of course. She turns to kiss Rocky on the forehead, making sure he was quite well covered before getting out of bed herself, telling him she's taking Mal to the kitchen and she'll be back in twenty.
At eleven fifty-nine PM, Malina and Charlie are sitting on the floor in the kitchen, under one of the tables (it's where Malina likes to eat, so Charlie refuses to question it) and picking at a tray of cheese and crackers and apples. At midnight precisely, both McGee Girls are hit with Mass Flux-in Dizziness and when Eugene stutters out his attempt at a warning only to be cut off with loud static, the Toreador March and creepy noises? Charlie has her daughter in her arms before the lights switch to emergency red. Mal was scared, Charlie could smell it and to be honest? Charlie was little freaked out too.
Her only goal now was to get home, but not before trying to reach Rocky on the TC. ]
...Rocky...Rocky, please tell me you're awake. I get the feeling you're my best bet for getting back to the room.
[Night 2 - OTA]
[ At six AM, Eugene came back online, the lights went back to their normal color and the animatronic bears and chickens and balloon-holding children and foxes disappeared. Six hours of this shit was ridiculous. Charlie was honestly expecting it to last just a short while, a fake six hours like in the game Rocky told her about. But, no. This was full blown actual six hours. At least they had the benefit of not running out of power soon, but damn if those creatures had been annoying and unpredictable.
Still, she survived. Everyone had survived and it was just before midnight the next night when Charlie was out in the halls, this time by herself. She wanted to see the animatronic she'd torn to shit and burnt to a shell of itself, see if she could find out why it smelled like rot, but when she opened the supply closet she'd stuffed it into for safe keeping? Midnight hit again and, as before, the lights turned red and Toreador march played over the audio and those damn sounds came back, worse than before.
And that animatronic was gone. This time when she gets on the comms, it's for everyone. ]
What the actual fuck?
[ Yep. That's it. That's all she has to say. ]
[Night 3 - Foxy's Revenge - OTA]
[ When Night Three starts, Charlie's ready. She'd already sent Malina and Wendy with Jemma to be kept safe, knowing it was highly likely they were actually in for five nights of this shit so, partially dragoned out with her 9 tails behind her but barely visible and her hands glowing white with fire, dragon eyes green and snake-like, Charlie was going to do what she could to fight these things. What she didn't count on were these things learning, nor was she counting on Foxy holding a grudge.
She was facing Freddy himself when Foxy attacked, hitting her in the back of the head with his hook. It was a strong enough blow to knock her out. When she wakes up, she's stuffed...somewhere. She's not at all sure where, just that there's a draft and it's cold and the back of her head had, at one point, been bleeding. And she didn't have her TC. With some twisting around, she discovered she'd been stuffed into a vent. But the bunker was huge, so there was no telling where she'd been stuffed. So, for anyone that might be passing under, anyone that looked friendly and not like a murderous robot out to kill them all, she'll be throwing sparks out of the vent to get your attention. A rescue would be so good right now. ]

Nght 2
I can't find anything, but I'm going to check the stocks in the safe rooms, in case we need to hole up there.
[She means we, as in everyone, but, mother to mother, Jemma's talking about we as in the wee ones. Yes, her son totally counts, in Jemma's mind.]
Re: Nght 2
Sounds good. Glad there was a store run a couple days ago. We're gonna need everything we brought back.
Re: Nght 2
The bunkers are supposed to be safe zones. I'll add a weapon or two, in case one makes it inside the secure rooms.
Because I don't have any mods for dealing with creatures, I'll take the girls, if you don't want to stay out of the fray.
[Not having mods has never caused any issues until now, and that feeling of uselessness is also weighing on her.]
Re: Nght 2
[ So yes. Please take Malina and Wendy. ]
Keep a close eye on Mal, okay? She's enjoying this a bit.
Re: Nght 2
[Then the children are the only ones left, and Jemma doesn't want to think about what would happen then.
Jemma loves the girls but excuse the laugh about Mal.]
I'm glad she didn't see the giant chicken in the server room. Otherwise, I don't think anyone would be able to pull her away from the entertainment.
[Unless that person is Jemmama because said person is not going to let anything happen to the girls.
But Malina's amusement does provide levity.]
Night 1
The moment those familiar scuffling and breathing sounds touched his ears, he was putting clothes on. In the middle of that, he realizes Charlie isn't there and finishes shaking off sleep so he can...well...just plain shake.
When his TC comes to life, Rocky dives on it with a sigh of relief.]
Jesus tap dancing Christ--is this really happening? Charlie, I--this--
...this is a really bad time to mention how much I suck at The Joy of Creation freeroam stuff, huh?
Re: Night 1
One finger raises to her lips and from the glow under her skin and the claws out, she's ready to protect her kid if she has to. She sniffs the air pointedly, nose wrinkling as she points to Foxy walking out of the kitchen door. She speaks, voice low as Malina leans in her mothers arms to watch the creature go. ]
They smell like rot. In some twisted way, that's an up side. At least we will smell them coming.
Re: Night 1
[And it's only then that it really kind of hits him: Charlie's out there, with Malina and Foxy the Pirate. It clogs in his throat and forms a steel band around his chest.
She's still in his lungs from the bed and the sheets and the room. So's Malina, if he really tries to scent the air...
His eyes flare wild gold...then after a moment they start to glow: a sign of dangerous levels of agitation from him. The fear and anger combine in his head to form a laser focus as he narrows his eyes a little just before shutting them.
He tries to bring up the game in his head--the hardest playthrough, 4-20 mode.
He tries to relive seven hours of superficial hell to get his girls--his pack home.]
You need light. Flashing light, and stay the fuck away from those things, but if you can get close enough to wreck one without doing yourself harm, grab the head. The Freddy Head worked in FNAF Two, which came before FNAF One in the timeline, so it should work to make them think you're an animatronic.
Re: Night 1
[ She saw those eyes flash and wants desperately to get back to him, to wrap her arms around him and hold him and her girls...their girls...close. Just until this shit is over. There's a faint sound in the background, a kind of tinkling sound she can't quite make out but Malina is paying close attention to it. ]
Light. Okay. I think I know where to get---
[ Malina straightens and puts a hand over her mothers mouth, shushing her and frowning before pointing at the door. It's not Foxy. It's some creepy marionette floating through the halls and the sound Charlie heard was a music box version of "My Grandfathers Clock". Charlie's smart enough to lean far, far out of view, using the TC to watch the thing and at first, it seems to float by the kitchen. Charlie sighs, only to stop herself halfway when the music gets loud again and the Marionette floats into the room. She's careful to put her TC down as quietly as possible, focusing as hard as she can to extinguish the glow in her hands as she wraps both arms around a very quiet and curious Malina. She curls her whole self around her daughter, waiting and holding perfectly still as the Marionette drifts by, drifts around the room and finally leaves.
She waits for the music to die down entirely before she moves again, picking the TC up as she addresses her very calm youngest. ]
Baby girl, are you okay?
This is chaos.
...yes. Yes, it is. Pray mommy gets out of it, okay?
Yes.
[ Life with a 4 year old void kitsune, everyone! With that, Charlie eases herself out of where they'd been hiding and stands, still holding her daughter. ]
Let's get back to Rocky, okay?
[ And with that, out the door they go, very carefully, making that familiar turn down the hall towards their rooms. ]
You remember when I said I want to play this game, Rocky? I take it back. I take every bit of it back. I don't want this.
Re: Night 1
[He's watching the TC again, straining his ears, cursing the fact that he's only got one goddamn camera to work with this time. Sure, he only had the one POV on the fourth game, but this wasn't the fourth game, this was Charlie and Malina.
And that just makes his eyes start glowing brighter.
Then he hears it, and goes rigid.]
Breathing--Charlie, stop. Light. Now.
Re: Night 1
She didn't want to hurt her daughter when her hands lit up, claws extending. This, Rocky could probably see because Malina had the TC in her small hands and had it pointed at her mother.
Once Foy rounds the corner, hands out like he's purposefully trying to run into something, Charlie throws a ball of fire upward. It flashes violently and this seems to disorient the fox. ]
Gotcha, you motherfucker.
[ She's not done with it yet, however. Oh, no. Once it starts twitching again, it's Charlie's fire once more, bright white and surrounding the animatronic as it screams and twists and looks confused. This was new to it, apparently. There's a telekinetic shove as she slams it into the wall nearby. Once. Twice. A few times and then something sparks, the thing gives a final shudder and it falls to the ground. Unmoving.
They're close enough to her room where Rocky could hear and smell all of this and probably didn't need his TC anymore. ]
Some day, not right now, but some day. You'll have to tell me what the hell is wrong with these things, Rockstar.
[ One hand, one very clawed and still glowing with dragon fire hand, slams into the underside of Foxy's chin, claws curling around it's throat as she....well she picks the fucking thing up because Charlie's a strong as shit dragonfox. The other hand, in a move that is the complete opposite of the violent gesture of picking Foxy up quite aggressively, reaches for her daughters hand. ]
C'mon, baby. Let's go.
[ Walking down the hall, gently holding her four year old's hand and violently dragging an inanimate animatronic down the hall, sure as shit that she won't need to open the door because Rocky will meet her in the hall. ]
He's the wrong kind of fox. [ Malina says, looking up at her mother with her father's look of 'i like nothing about this situation' on her face. ]
I know.
[ Oh, look. It's their hallway. Hear that scrape of metal on the floor, Rocky? Smell the rest of your pack? Go get'em! ]
Night 3
He's on his way to deal with that when he comes across this sparking vent. Oh lord. ]
...Kaisei?
Re: Night 3
[ Charlie's so glad to hear Thomas' voice, honestly. God bless him for finding her. She shifts carefully, the vent she's in popping and whining as she moves. She couldn't move the vent to open it with how she was angled, not to mention everything just hurt. Whatever Foxy did to her, whatever part of her he hit on her head, it might need a fire patch or three to fully heal. ]
Get me out of here. Quick. I smell rot and I think something is in here with me.
Re: Night 3
What happened?
